Preparing the Solemn Novena in honor of Fr. de Montfort provided me with the opportunity to select nine different aspects of his life around which to focus the prayer and preaching. This in turn will hopefully give those who join us in making the Novena an opportunity to deepen their own understanding of the details of his life but also to experience something of his personality and tremendous vocational energy.

I want to thank God for the blessing of being able to travel to Our Lady of the Island and of being able to meet you. On the feast of St. Louis I felt the powerful love of our Blessed Mother, calling my wife and I to honor such an amazing Saint.
